What I Do:
I offer Personal Training Sessions, Group Classes, Swim Lessons, and Customized Fitness Programs. My specializations include Cardiovascular Conditioning, Swimming Coaching, Weight Loss, Muscle Gain, and Wellness.
How I Do it:
I work primarily at Equinox Fitness Clubs as a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. I also work with private clients on a case-by-case basis.
